Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the AXOS marketing website and the AXOS hosted demo environment operated by ScotiTech Solutions Limited ("ScotiTech", "we"). They do not govern self-hosted AXOS deployments running inside customer infrastructure — those are covered by the master subscription or services agreement signed with the customer.

Access to the hosted demo requires a verified business email address and acceptance of these terms. Demo credentials are personal to the recipient and must not be shared.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for any activity carried out using your demo credentials.

You may use the demo environment to evaluate AXOS for a legitimate business purpose. You must not use the demo to process personal or sensitive data of third parties, attempt to bypass access controls, exfiltrate the underlying system, or interfere with other users.

The AXOS name, logo, software, and documentation are owned by ScotiTech or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of any of the foregoing to you.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content to the marketing site or demo, you grant ScotiTech a limited licence to use it strictly to operate the service you requested.

Non-public information shared between you and ScotiTech during procurement, security review, or evaluation is treated as confidential and used only for those purposes.

The marketing site and hosted demo are provided on a best-effort basis. Production deployments inside customer infrastructure are covered by separate availability and support terms agreed in the relevant engagement contract.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the marketing site or hosted demo at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

The marketing site and hosted demo are provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. They are not intended for production workloads or for processing personal or sensitive data of third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScotiTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the marketing site or hosted demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the bottom of the page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the marketing site or hosted demo after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
