Subprocessors used to operate AXOS-hosted services

This list applies to the AXOS marketing site, the hosted demo environment, and the procurement workflow operated by ScotiTech Solutions Limited. Self-hosted AXOS deployments do not use any of these subprocessors unless the customer explicitly configures them.

Self-hosted AXOS deployments

The list above applies only to the services operated by ScotiTech. When AXOS is deployed inside customer infrastructure, the customer controls the database, model runtime, identity provider, log destination, and any other dependencies. AXOS does not introduce subprocessors into customer-controlled deployments.

Changes and notification

Customers with an active engagement are notified of material changes to this list through their support channel before a new subprocessor is brought into use. To request the current named list, contact privacy@scotitech.com.
