Long boilerplate
AXOS is a self-hosted enterprise AI workspace built for organisations that cannot use public-cloud productivity suites. It combines twelve integrated modules — mail, drive, calendar, chat, video, tasks, notes, contacts, forms, an AI agent, admin console, and command centre — inside a single system that runs on infrastructure the customer controls.
AXOS is licensed per organisation, not per seat, and is delivered as a scoped enterprise engagement. Customer data, prompts, and generated content stay within the deployment boundary the customer already governs, and the LLM abstraction lets customers connect the model provider of their choice or self-host an open-weight model.
The product is built and operated by ScotiTech Solutions Limited, a UK-registered technology company based in Motherwell, Scotland. ScotiTech is bootstrapped, founder-led, and shipping.
