What you get with AXOS
AXOS brings the day-to-day workspace surface and the AI layer together inside infrastructure you control.
Product reality
AXOS combines the workspace stack itself with a built-in AI agent: mail, drive, calendar, chat, video, tasks, notes, contacts, forms, admin, and command-centre visibility in one system.

Module surface
Mail, drive, calendar, chat, video, tasks
Control model
One login, shared permissions
Deployment
Runs inside your own infrastructure
One live dashboard for mail, files, tasks, conversations, and operational context
Mail, drive, calendar, chat, video, tasks, notes, contacts, and forms in one system
Assistant grounded in your live workspace data instead of a disconnected third-party cloud
Shared identity, permissions, audit visibility, and policy control across the full suite
Industry use cases
Start with focused, high-impact workflows based on your business type.
Key features
Every major AXOS module shares the same identity, permission, and oversight layer, so the workspace stays simple to run even as the product surface grows.
Run on your own infrastructure so messages, files, prompts, and outputs stay inside your boundary
Mail, drive, calendar, chat, video, tasks, notes, contacts, forms, plus a built-in AI agent, admin console, and command centre
Workspace-wide assistance stays grounded in internal context instead of leaking work to a public SaaS stack
Single sign-on, role-based access, admin console, and activity oversight are built in from day one
How AXOS works
AXOS works because the modules, AI layer, identity, and control surface are designed as one operating environment instead of separate vendors stitched together.
Core modules share infrastructure, identity, and operational ownership from day one
The built-in agent works across mail, files, tasks, and knowledge without shipping data into public tools
One login, one permission model, and one audit trail across the workspace surface
Why this matters
The fastest way to lose control is to spread mail, storage, chat, AI, and admin across different clouds and permission models. AXOS keeps the workspace whole, so privacy, administration, and adoption do not become separate projects.
Implementation plan
A structured, engineer-led rollout with minimal disruption to existing infrastructure. Every deployment is different - this is the typical path for a standard on-premises engagement.

Security & compliance
AXOS is presented as a serious product only when the security, privacy, and deployment story is visible and specific. This section focuses on the controls, deployment boundaries, and review material buyers can inspect today.
We are transparent about our compliance status
We avoid implying certifications we do not yet hold. Below is an honest view of the controls implemented today and the security material available during technical and procurement review.
GDPR
AlignedAligned data processing and privacy practices
TLS 1.3
ImplementedModern transport security for all public connections
AES-256
ImplementedIndustry-standard encryption for data at rest
RBAC
ImplementedRole-based access control across administrative surfaces
Audit logging
ImplementedPer-user administrative and application activity trails
Security review pack
AlignedOperational and deployment material available during buyer review
AXOS runs inside servers or a private cloud you operate. Application data, prompts, and generated content stay within the deployment boundary you control.
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 for public traffic. Encryption keys live in the customer environment so AXOS operators do not have implicit access to keys.
Queries, document access, and administrative actions are logged with user identity, timestamp, and context. Logs can be shipped to your existing SIEM or log store.
Permissions can be scoped at the workspace, document, and workflow level. Designed to integrate with standard SAML 2.0 and OIDC identity providers used by enterprise IT.
Because AXOS runs where you deploy it, all processing remains in the region or isolated network you choose, including air-gapped environments where required.
Security updates are released through your existing image and CI/CD process. Security review documentation and findings can be shared under NDA on request.
We can provide deployment notes, control summaries, subprocessor details, and security questionnaire responses so review teams can assess AXOS on facts rather than badges.

How buyers evaluate AXOS
AXOS is positioned for enterprise evaluation rather than a thin logo wall. Use these as starting points for a technical review, a pilot, or an internal proof-of-value with your own data.
Why there is no anonymous logo strip
Early-stage enterprise products lose trust when they overstate adoption. We would rather show the review paths serious buyers follow than pad the page with claims we cannot substantiate publicly yet.
Evaluation path
Evaluate AXOS against document review, matter research, contract comparison, and internal knowledge search without sending sensitive material to a public AI service.
Evaluation path
Review AXOS across data residency, access controls, audit visibility, backup routines, and deployment ownership before approving production use.
Evaluation path
Validate AXOS as a private workspace for policy search, internal protocols, and administrative summarisation while keeping patient-adjacent data inside your network.
Evaluation path
Test AXOS against maintenance manuals, supplier documentation, shift handover summaries, and quality incident reviews on plant or corporate infrastructure.
Evaluation path
Use AXOS to evaluate proposal drafting, SOP search, and support response assistance in a contained environment before broader rollout.
Pricing
AXOS is licensed once, per organisation, sized by headcount band. The customer hosts on their own infrastructure — so no per-user metering and no cloud subscription running in the background. The figures below are an illustrative example; every real quote is confirmed after a short scoping call.
Reference figure for a 250-person, standard-deployment organisation licence. Customer-hosted. Includes all twelve modules, unlimited users within the licensed organisation.
Included in the licence
Infrastructure, hosting and ongoing operational costs are provided by the customer. Actual pricing varies — see What affects your quote below.

The £12,000 example above is a reference point. Real quotes shift with the factors below — we confirm the final figure during scoping.
Organisation size
Per-organisation licensing sized by headcount band. Larger organisations receive a scoped proposal.
Deployment topology
On-premises, customer-owned private cloud, or air-gapped. Air-gap and multi-site setups need more engineering time.
Integration scope
Identity provider, document estate, SIEM, and any industry-specific systems (iManage, SharePoint, SAP, PACS, and so on).
LLM strategy
Managed API endpoint (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Vertex) or self-hosted open-weight model on customer GPU.
Data estate size
Volume and shape of documents to ingest affects retrieval sizing, vector storage, and ingestion time.
Support and SLA tier
Response targets, on-call cover, dedicated engineer options, and quarterly review cadence.
Compliance evidence
Sector-specific evidence (SRA, FCA, DORA, HIPAA, NIS2), custom questionnaires (SIG-Lite, CAIQ), or bespoke reviews.
Environments and migration
Dev, staging, and production environments, plus any migration from existing document or workspace systems.
