Security & compliance
AXOS was designed from the ground up for enterprises that cannot compromise on data privacy, audit trail, or regulatory compliance.

Working TowardsSecurity, availability, and confidentiality principles
AXOS runs inside servers or a private cloud you operate. Application data, prompts, and generated content stay within the deployment boundary you control.
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 for public traffic. Encryption keys live in the customer environment so AXOS operators do not have implicit access to keys.
Queries, document access, and administrative actions are logged with user identity, timestamp, and context. Logs can be shipped to your existing SIEM or log store.
Permissions can be scoped at the workspace, document, and workflow level. Designed to integrate with standard SAML 2.0 and OIDC identity providers used by enterprise IT.
Because AXOS runs where you deploy it, all processing remains in the region or isolated network you choose, including air-gapped environments where required.
Security updates are released through your existing image and CI/CD process. Security review documentation and findings can be shared under NDA on request.

How buyers evaluate AXOS
AXOS is positioned for enterprise evaluation rather than public testimonials. Use these as starting points for a technical review, a pilot, or an internal proof-of-value with your own data.
Evaluation path
Evaluate AXOS against document review, matter research, contract comparison, and internal knowledge search without sending sensitive material to a public AI service.
Evaluation path
Review AXOS across data residency, access controls, audit visibility, backup routines, and deployment ownership before approving production use.

How to get AXOS
AXOS is delivered as a scoped enterprise engagement rather than a SaaS subscription. Typical first-year engagements fall between £45k and £180k depending on team size, integration scope, hosting model, and support tier — the exact figure is confirmed in the scoped proposal after the discovery call.
Request access and we send credentials to a hosted AXOS environment. No install, no commitment — review the product against your own evaluation criteria.
Share your industry, team size, target workflows, and infrastructure in a short form. No card, no contract.
A solutions engineer reviews your submission and arranges a discovery call. We aim to share a scoped proposal within a few business days of that conversation.
Before any commitment, we run a pilot deployment inside your environment so your team can test AXOS against real workflows and your own controls.
Every AXOS deployment includes
AXOS is built to run inside your own infrastructure. External model calls are off by default; any optional outbound connectivity is opt-in and documented.
AXOS is designed to support deployments in isolated or air-gapped networks, which can be confirmed against your specific environment during the technical review.
Enterprise engagements include a Data Processing Agreement, scoped support and response terms, and a security addendum agreed before deployment.

Free demo · No commitment
AXOS is a fully enterprise, on-premises AI platform — but before any proposal or deployment, we give you access to a live hosted demo instance so you can verify it's the right fit for your organisation. No install required.
"From initial enquiry to a working pilot on our own servers took four weeks. The proposal was detailed, the pricing was fixed, and our data never left our data centre — that was non-negotiable for us."
